2026 Annual Meeting - 4/13/2026

The 2026 Annual Meeting of Medina Water Supply Corp. will be held on April 13, 2026 @ 6pm at the Medina Community Center, located at 13857 Hwy 16 North in Medina, Texas.  The Annual Meeting will begin at 6pm and will be followed by the Monthly Board of Directors meeting.

The purpose of the meeting will be to update the membership on the business affairs of the corporation and to conduct a director election, unless the election is declared unopposed by a resolution of the Board of Directors.

The Meeting is open to the Public and Medina WSC members are encouraged to attend, to ask questions and discuss concerns.

Director position E (occupied by Dan Poston), position F (occupied by David Reed) and position G (Vacant) are up for election.  Any Member of the Medina Water Supply Cooperative wishing to participate as a Director should submit a Director’s Application to the Medina WSC office by 03/15/2026.  Director applications are available at the office located at 13958 B Hwy 16 North (behind the Medina Hardware store, west side) or downloadable from our website @ https:MedinaWaterSupply.com  . Applications can be dropped off to the office anytime in the door drop box.

The agenda will be posted by Friday April 10th at the U.S. Post Office bulletin board, at the Medina WSC office and on the website @ https:MedinaWaterSupply.com .
